Rumo ao Porto Seguro

My boat sails on the sea of ​​rough waters, without peace;
Terrible thunderstorms, high seas storms.
I go confidently because I know that my Redeemer will also go,
And has control of the boat in his hands.
But if I try to control the helm, I almost let the little boat sink,
For my arms cannot withstand the force of the sea.
Christ then extends his hand to me and controls the boat,
Smiling at me, offering me salvation.

My boat goes firmly towards safe harbor,
For its course is under the hands of Jesus.
Sailing on the icy waters of the Earth
I feel the warmth of the One who liberates all.

After I handed Jesus the course of the boat
I was no longer afraid of the high seas waves.
Soon I will dock in the sea where the water is crystal clear,
And where I will be forever free from evil.
Only then will I know how Jesus guided me there,
Only then will I know how he saved the boat.
Finally, I dock at the pier, what joy to be able to find
The boats of brothers who also arrived home.
