God in Command
In the immense sea of life
My boat goes..
Lashed by the waves and the gales
In the midst of the rough sea
My boat almost sinking
I cry out to the Lord, come calm the sea
I've come this far
I can't turn back
The Lord didn't call me
To sail along the shores
But I feel my strength draining
Don't let me sink...
The wind blows, fear tightens
The sea grows
The heart restless
When I see the waves
Invading my boat to swallow me
Suddenly I see at the bow of the boat
The man in white, serene and beloved
Saying: My child, fear not I am..
In command of the boat
In command of this little boat of yours I am
In command I am your God, your Lord
In command I calm the wind
And appease the sea
In command I am the safe harbor
In command I ensure the journey
In command I guard you in the storm
And make you arrive
