Of the Eternal Return
Strange omens ignite doubts never placed! I bind my name to life, to death, to glory?
Unfortunately, it is fate that I receive no answer, if I truly believe in myself.
Life, you ask if I have served you faithfully; facing death, I have never bowed my head.
Not even for glory have I made my face contemptuous or haughty.
I have closed a day with dignity.
But in this space where one day ends, another day will be reborn
and Zarathustra may find the same things here.
But how many more times will the same sun warm me?
But for how many more nights will I sing to the same moon?
I can no longer seek a path because I will tread the same one.
I die, without hoping that something will be born, something will change.
Now my future is already there, the road I will know leads where man stops
and where the Eternal Return reigns.
