I confess to God
Almighty
And to you, brothers and sisters
That I have sinned many times
By thoughts and words
Acts and omissions
Through my fault
Such great fault

And I ask the Virgin Mary
The angels and saints
And to you, brothers and sisters
To pray for me to God
