Lágrimas de Oro Y Plata
Nano Stern
Tears of Gold and Silver
The old grandparents tell that many years ago
The Sun couldn't stand his wife in the sky anymore
And in the middle of his flight, he hit the Moon
He struck her with great force, also injuring himself
And the pain they caused made him regret afterwards
The Moon, which was full, then started to cry
And began to shed tears of such sorrow
And on a serene night, everything began to be covered
The earth dressed itself in those silver little flakes
That had been shed to stop suffering
Seeing her, the Sun realized her tremendous pain
And felt the bitterness of his violent passion
Between his sorrow and shame, he couldn't bear it anymore
He also started to cry tears of gold
And watered the earth and the sea with his treasure
And watered the earth and the sea with his treasure
So on earth, there are stones that will shine
And manage to dazzle those seeking wealth
They make people lose their minds with their seductive shine
They confuse with their radiance those who previously had no doubts
That even though you have gold and silver, love is worth much more
That even though you have gold and silver, love is worth much more
That even though you have gold and silver, love is worth much more
That even though you have gold and silver, love is worth much more
