El Aleph
Nena Daconte
The Aleph
It's hard for me to remember
My steps through the carnival.
Who I was with
And with whom
I started to dance.
We took a long time to not return
To see the sunlight born.
We took so long that an Aleph appeared
In a corner.
Since then, I lose sight of it.
I don't know what it's playing.
I don't know where it's flying.
I don't know where it is.
Where is my heart
Where has it gone to collapse
My heart,
Someone look for it for me.
Where is
That tonight it doesn't sleep with you
Where is my heart
Someone tell it that I came back
My heart, someone tell it
That the worst happened
That tonight I'm dying of cold.
Where is
Someone look for it for me
Someone tie it for you
Someone find it and tell it
That I'm looking for it
Throughout the city.
What did it see
From the corner of the dining room
That made it leave from here
Without wanting to return.
Life is once,
I was trying to tell it,
Squeeze the best,
And then, it left.
And that's how I barely remember
That I lost the kisses,
The desire to do it,
The desire for you.
Where is my heart
Where has it gone to collapse
My heart,
Someone look for it for me.
Where is
That tonight it doesn't sleep with you
Where is my heart
Someone tell it that I came back
My heart, someone tell it
That the worst happened
That tonight I'm dying of cold.
Where is
Someone look for it for me
Someone tie it for you
Someone tell it
That I'm looking for it in the dark
Throughout the city.
It's like erasing a hurricane
Forgive me
But, where is it
Someone tell it
That I'm looking for it in the dark
Throughout the city.
It's like David, I am Goliath
It's so small, where could it be
I don't want battles
But I'm so alone and lost
In this city.
It's not doing what others do
What made it return
To its perfect world
I consider it lost
No one has ever returned from there.
