Bendita Hora De Oração

Blessed hour of prayer
For it brings peace to the heart
And overcomes evil and all pain
Bringing help from the Lord
In times of trouble, in trial
In great pain, in temptation
I will seek my Lord
With zeal, faith, and more fervor

Blessed hour of prayer
Of sweet calm and devotion!
I raise my plea to Heaven
A sweet smell to my Lord
And the hour of affliction ends
The bad days, the temptation
Then I will give better praise
To my Jesus, my Lord

Blessed hour of prayer
For it connects us in communion
And brings us peace and more fervor
Filling the world with love
I desire to end life here
With faith, love, constant prayer
And there in Heaven, close to the Lord
My praise will be eternal
