Plenitude do Tempo

The fullness of time has come
When the promise should be fulfilled
And God needs to redeem man
And offer him grace and forgiveness
Looking at humanity
He saw a girl in Nazareth
Through her, He conveyed His love
She cradled in her arms
The beloved Son of God
Brought hope to us

He called her to be
Instrument of peace
Instrument of salvation
Her life will then be
Dedicated to the Lord
Instrument of redemption
Instrument of forgiveness

The fullness of time has come
When Jesus' promise will be fulfilled
That soon He will return to this earth
To take those who accept Him

Looking at humanity
He fixed His eyes on you
To be His instrument of love
Surrender now to His service
Let Him guide you
Be hope to the cruel world
