Today I woke up thinking of You, Jesus
How wonderful You are
I felt a desire to talk to You
To tell You how precious You are to me

To tell You that I won't take a single step
If Your presence is not with me
If I walk alone, I will falter in my faith
And surely put myself in danger

So talk to me here, God
Tell me if I am pleasing You
And see if there is any evil way in me
Or if I am worshiping You in spirit and truth

Have You seen love in me?
Or if I only seek my own interests?
Tell me, I need to correct myself
I want to empty myself of me

Every day the world offers me
Dishes just to see me deny You
But I cry out the blood of Jesus
And I keep walking
I don't think about stopping

For I know that the one who overcomes will sit on the throne
It was Jesus Himself who said so
I know that nothing, no one will stop me
