I'm in the Middle
Habakkuk saw the vexation, Habakkuk saw the iniquity
He saw in the people the destruction, idolatry, and spoke with God
How long, Lord, will I cry out and you will not listen to me?
How long will I shout, my Father, violence and you will not save?
Meanwhile, the law loosens, everything goes awry
The perverted surround the righteous, oh my God, what a mess
And the answer from heaven came down, I will punish the people
But the prophet kneels and intercedes
In prayer he begins to sing
I heard, Lord, your word and feared, revive your work
Even if the fig tree does not blossom
Even if the world ends
Revive, my Lord, your work among us
And it was in the midst of a furnace, that He Himself walked with three young men
And it was in the midst of a burning bush, that His voice shouted
And it was in the midst that He walked, among the seven golden lampstands
There were three crucified men, but salvation sprouted right in the middle
And it's in the midst of the church, in the midst of your house
In the midst of work that He is walking
Among the sisters, among the brothers
Among the children, the youth, and the elders
That He is walking, touching the believers
Acting differently and healing many people
Healing the wounds that were hidden
And seem so small and almost invisible
But God is passing the oil and anointing
Removing the hidden dirt
So receive your victory
So receive new anointing
So receive authority and rebuke evil
I'm in the middle of the church acting differently
Healing, baptizing, and saving many people
So worship, glorify, and give glory, for I'm in the middle
