Tell her, in a tone she can understand,
that the fear of seeing her has been overwhelming,
more than all my faith. There is no deeper pain than recognizing
how close I had love,
and I didn't know how to see it..
Bitter is the taste of my resignation.
I live in the time we don't have left,
consuming my whole life,
I lack the air,
since you're not here.
Tell her, that I have never stopped loving her,
even if I can't find the reason now,
that forced me to break.
Sad mistake, realizing late that this love,
makes up excuses to avoid facing,
the truth head-on.
