If I could remember
So many nights I stayed awake,
I would return to escape the desert.
If I could remember
How many times I dreamed it,
I would sleep in the arms of evil.

A life to forget,
A thousand reproaches to make.
Alcohol brought me back to calm.
A death to await
Seduced me unintentionally.
Hell took hold of my soul.

If I could remember
The traces of those I heard,
I would be reborn enveloped in tears.
I will return in every storm.
A light fused with my soul
And I sought a way to escape.

I will live, hidden in the line
That reveals the blood that chills your skin,
Breaks the dreams that make you live.
Hands tremble,
Verses ignite
And never leave you.

If I wanted to imagine a life without end,
I would walk among figures of steel.
If I were to contemplate
A shadow upon waking,
I would dream of merging with time.

If I could remember
The traces of those I heard,
I would be reborn
Enveloped in tears.
I will return in every storm.

Solitude makes
The fear of truth explode.
It makes you lie, deny reality.
Temptation will trap you,
With a single will:
To make you just another puppet
That plays, gets lost in silence,
And steals...their...dreams.

A poem to finish,
Among dreams of paper.
Today death has smiled behind me.
A shadow to hide,
Returns to where I found you
To the hell from which you will never escape.
