Samaritan woman give me water
From Jacob's well I want to drink
Tired and weary I have come
With news of joy and pleasure
If you believed in the gift of God
And whoever asks you would ask for living water from the altar
And you would stay by the one who speaks to you
In order to find happiness
How can you, being a Jew, so despised
Ask me for this water to drink?
The woman in Samaria said this
I drink water from this well to not die
Do you know that the promised messiah
Would return to this land to set free?
I am that messiah, speaking to you
And that's why I tell you the truth
If you believed in the gift of God
And whoever asks you would ask for living water from the altar
And you would stay by the one who speaks to you
In order to find happiness
How can you, being a Jew, say to me
Do I have crystal clear water for the sinner?
The woman in Samaria said this
Oh! Fulfill the deliverance in me, Lord
