Soñando El La Lluvia

Dreaming In The Rain
The ticking of time marked the night
And the whisper of the wind brings your name
I saw a golden light
Wetting my face
It rains over the city
I hear metal statues murmur
From an old café, the notes of a violin escape
Dancing for me there on the boulevard
It rains over the city and I dream that you are with me
And dreaming of the rain on me seems to foretell
That my old loneliness will finally end
A sign lights me up
I wink at you and run
And as I cross the street
With red lights
It rains over the city and I hear metal statues murmur
And
From an old café, the notes of a violin escape
Dancing for me there on the boulevard
It rains over the city and I dream that you are with me
And dreaming of the rain on me seems to foretell that soon
My old loneliness will come to an end
Dream
