In communion Jesus gives himself in the bread
The sacrificed lamb is the meal
Our food of love and salvation
Around this altar we are brothers

You are the bread of life Jesus, the bread from heaven
The way the truth the path of love
Gift of God our redeemer

Take and eat this is my body
Made from wheat it becomes bread, the meal
In the Eucharist the wine turns into blood
True drink our joy.
