A Cidade É Muito Grande

The city is very, very big
And I don't know what to think
Day is born, day dies
Evening falls and night comes
And here I am meditating

In this world
On this earth
In this era
At this hour
What to do to
Justify my existence?
Only the echo of silence answers
And I remember to pray!
