Hail Mary mother of Jesus, mother of those who follow him
Mother of those who have faith!
Hail Mary holy girl, girlfriend and bride
Of Saint Joseph!

Hail Mary from Bethlehem, from Nazareth, from Jerusalem!
Hail Mary of three hundred names, from so many places, amen

Graceful as can be, the creator chose you!
And made you special because of the child he granted you
Everyone talks about this wonderful grace that happened to you

You were so special, that God asked for your hand!
You believed in the coming of the messiah, in the liberation
And even before carrying him in your womb, you already conceived him in your heart!

You know how to pray more than any mother who has prayed!
You knew how to talk to your divine son who praised you
You were great because you practiced the holy word that enlightened you!

And that's why and much more, that we speak and sing and say
God lived in your house and while He grew up, He was your apprentice
Among all, all the women of all peoples, you were the happiest!
