The paths of our Lord
Only those who love have traveled
Only those who dream have known
They are paths full of love
That not always the dreamer
Is able to understand
Someone told me they dreamed
That they were on a beach walking with Jesus
And looking at the sky saw their life
So many roads traveled
Always in search of a light
And looking at the marks in the sand
Saw beside their steps the footprints of Jesus
And then he said:
- I don't understand you, my Lord!
And looked down
- In the most difficult paths, I don't see your marks
Why did you leave me alone?
Jesus replied:
- The steps are only mine, I never abandoned you
It's just that in the most difficult moments of living
I carried you in my arms
