When right turns to wrong, resistance becomes duty
The first thing we learn is to respect power
- Not to ask questions and do as we're told
Those who make the rules know what's best for us
They're the worst for us if we defy them
People who accept, choose to be passive
And hope for justice in the next life
Stay away from the barricades, afraid to bleed
To hell with them; they're already dead
If they want you to listen; - ignore them!
If they're after your friends; - distract them!
If they make plans; - sabotage them!
If they strike you down; - then hit back!
How much do you actually think we'll put up with?
- Nazis on the march, a fascist police,
Animal cruelty, Americanization,
Violation of human rights, illegal surveillance
Profit before people, refugee bans,
Pollution of nature that never stops?
- We want justice, not politics
