God, imagine if I had given up
When someone spoke to me
That my time had passed
Just imagine if I had listened
To the enemy's whisper, I wouldn't be blessed
I confess the desert was so fierce
But I kept my eyes on the target
Firm with my cross
Someone told me I wouldn't make it
It was better to give up

The envious one ignores our test
