Junto ao Poço

A desert surrounds me with the scorching sun
It's the world with its pleasure wanting to devour us
But in Canaan there's a well that flows eternal life
If by the well I am, I will survive

If I am near the well
I will have the water of life
Well that flows sweet blessings from my Father
In this thirsty land
I receive pure waters from His hands
Yes, by the well I want to stay

Water purifies your body and mind
Calms the heart, satisfies the soul
Christ says: I Am the source of eternal life
And whoever drinks from the fountain will not thirst
