Efesios 2

Without God we walked a dirty path
Desires of the world and of the flesh moved us hungrily
Children of wrath, born from Adam's fall
Slaves to evil with innocent blood on our hands

Without God we followed the course of the world
In our desires, captives of darkness, lost
Without hope, so poor and naked, unforgiven
Far from the light, blind, heartless
Unworthy of salvation

But God, with love and grace, God
With Christ made us alive, resurrected
And in God, it is only faith in God
By grace He regenerated us and saved us

But God decided to change our destiny
Even before the world, the Lamb was already chosen
To surrender and crucify our sin
And connect our path to the Lord
Justified, we can sing

But God loved us so much
And in an Eternal plan He sent
His holy Son incarnated and died
Without sin, He gave Himself in righteousness
But God, for loving us so much
Gave what was impossible to give
He opened our eyes to see
Darkness already tried to make us perish
