I have felt your hand, felt your heart beating.
I remember seeing the day turn into night without feeling lonely.
My good shepherd, I walked with you, but in my steps I faltered.
And trying to walk alone, I sank into darkness.

My suffering makes me feel how good it was when I lived to follow you.

From the trap I fell into, I often wanted to escape.
But without You, without your strong hand, I only hurt myself.
