I stayed observing why David
Was a man after God's own heart
And after some time analyzing
I came to the conclusion of how this happened
Analyzing his qualities, his humble way and simplicity
I discovered why God made this observation
I found David a man after my own heart
I didn't find David celebrating
When he stood out among his brothers
I didn't find David celebrating
When he was honored receiving anointing
I didn't find David celebrating
When he killed the bear and the lion
I didn't find David celebrating
When he threw the giant to the ground
But I saw David celebrating, jumping and dancing there like no one else
When he brought the ark of the covenant back with him to Jerusalem
Want to reign? Bring the presence of God
Prosper? Bring the presence of God
Want to be anointed, recognized?
Bring the ark of the covenant, my brother, with you
Want to sing? Bring the presence of God
Want to preach? Bring the presence of God
Want to impact, influence?
Let the presence of God dominate you, brother
