We Will Be Caught Up
When Christ Jesus in the air is revealed
Hearing the voice of the archangel, the trumpet sound
The dead in Christ will rise first
And the living at the same moment will be transformed
Death loses its power at that moment
Sin and its sting have already been defeated
In bodies like angels, by God's victory
We will rise to heaven to meet the Lord
We will be caught up, to meet the Lord in the air
And so we will be with the Lord forever
This is the living hope that never leaves my mind
Our loved ones we will meet there
The reward is already prepared for those who live here
Working with love and justice for the Lord
We will appear before the judgment seat of Christ
Giving an account of all He has given us
It is at that moment that many will repent
Because they buried the talent without doing anything
For the Lamb's Wedding feast, all will be invited
Only those in wedding garments will dine
