Cuando la sangre se evapore

Feeling very tired and determined to shower
I asked my mirror if I should shave or not
How could I give up the pleasure of a good bath
A pleasure I hadn't felt more or less a year ago

Walking into my room without being dressed
I got distracted looking at a crooked painting
I looked at my drum set, started to approach
Realized on the way that it would be better to lie down

In my dream, I saw a great lake with very beautiful things
Children playing with cheerful butterflies
Suddenly it clouded over and a loud noise was heard
Its power was so much that even the sky cracked

And I saw men playing with evil clothes
Or soldiers bleeding and dying for real
New explosions I heard in other places
And without knowing science, I knew they were nuclear bombs

Faced with the horrible vision, I tried to wake up
Failing to do so, I ran to take cover
'You suck,' he said, 'calm down and stay still'
He laughed ironically and his skeleton collapsed

I kept running, splashing through the blood
Until I fell into a crater entangled in wire
Above there was a man, I only saw his half

I contemplate horrified that I had died

Faced with tremendous pain, I began to cry my death
After burying my body, I suddenly vanished
