Um Dia Cantei Amores
Ricardo Bergha
One Day I Sang Loves
One day I sang loves
In the words of a written
They had a lot of wanting
And such beautiful dreams
They had spilled moons
And complete longings
So many delicate shines
Upon the face of the stars
One day I sang loves
Aromatic on the poncho
And desires of arrival
In the looks of some ranch
Santa Fé, clay form
Of the very small roads
Some dew flowers
For your dark braid
One day I sang loves
Others I didn't sing
In the many times, poetry
For the loves that I loved
And those I forgot over time
To live in these truths
I preferred to keep in the hours
Of just feeling nostalgia
One day I sang loves
Like the pains of some river
That the current on your lips
Touched your skin and disappeared
Maybe never again
For everything that is not understood
When maybe it comes to an end
What I thought was forever
One day I sang loves
Then I didn't want to sing anymore
I kept only words
That remained in your place
Of those that silence itself
Speaks for being a dreamer
One day I sang loves
Without having a love in my heart
