Nasty Lizzy
Nasty Lizzy was her nickname in town
'Cause she always had those creepy ailments around
A running ear or an infection, or her elbow's infection
Or a whole bunch of pimples on her ass
Nasty Lizzy always had some
She had a cream from the doc that smelled like Lysol
To help with her issues, yeah, she had it all
Yeah, her name was Nasty Lizzy, and that was her claim
So the suffering just wouldn't stop, it was all the same
That’s 'cause she had to wear her older sister Riek's clothes
And Riek still wore underwear with that tight elastic that shows
But her mom said, "You wear them, 'cause tight ones make you sick
And then I can visit you twice a day at the clinic, quick"
Yeah, yeah
Nasty Lizzy was her nickname in town
'Cause she always had those creepy ailments around
If her belly button wasn't infected, her tooth was broken down
Or her feet were all moldy and wet
Nasty Lizzy always had some
And she didn't have any friends, not a single one
They stayed on their guard, just trying to run
'Cause nobody wants to see a wart or sore or boil
That starts bleeding out, making everyone recoil
But as strange as it may sound, Lizzy found a man
He was a real nice guy, and his name was Willem-Jan
Lizzy's ailments went away, 'cause she didn't think of them
Though she was constantly pregnant, but that happens now and then
Yeah, yeah
Nasty Lizzy kept her nickname in town
'Cause she always wore a maternity gown
When the fifth one was born, you could hear number six
She was walking down that fertility path, getting her kicks
Nasty Lizzy always had some
Nasty Lizzy always had some
Nasty Lizzy always had some
