If our desire is to reach the goal
though the path is narrow
showing courage, let nothing stop
the way we've chosen.

It doesn't matter if the storm is strong
or if the enemy seems like a giant
much stronger is the one who supports you
with power, He has clothed you.

Don't be afraid, because God is by your side
and He fills you with His spirit, faithful soldier
don't stop, God has not forsaken you.
And in trials, if you feel troubled
you'll see that a new life awaits us
if we trust that God is by our side.

If sadness ever covers you
because you worry so much
don't forget that Christ is your strength
and He covers you with His hand.

If only in God can you find firmness
your tears will be calmed
strive to fill yourself with His sweet presence
and with His Holy Spirit.
