Paloma blanca

White Dove
They say love is blind
can't see what's going on.
They say she loves him so much
that she'll wait for him forever.
She looks for him everywhere
and asks everyone she meets,
whether they've seen him, where and when,
if they don't know, where he is.
A white dove flies
crying, crying,
because of a black pigeon,
she's searching for him, she's searching for him.
A white dove flies
crying, crying,
they say he doesn't love her anymore
that he won't come back, won't return to the nest,
they think he's cheating on her
but she swears he's lost.
They say that in the mornings
she goes out early to find him.
They say that by going so far,
she's in danger, trying to come back.
And she returns very late,
when the moon starts to rise.
Only God knows how long
she'll suffer for her love.
A white dove flies
crying, crying,
because of a black pigeon,
she's searching for him, she's searching for him.
A white dove flies
crying, crying,
they say he doesn't love her anymore
that he won't come back, won't return to the nest,
they think he's cheating on her,
but she swears he's lost.
A white dove flies
crying, crying,
because of a black pigeon,
she's searching for him, she's searching for him...
