And Magdalena will come
walking from the hill towards the sea
while her sleeping town
dreams of meeting her again.

And Magdalena will come
the afternoon is already filled with sun
while the flowery fields
greet her voice.

Today the bugles can already be heard,
announcing at last:
it's Magdalena who is coming
walking very close to Tacuil.

Today the city awakens,
awakening to love,
because Magdalena appears
flooding the streets with color.
