Dunas (part. Ivete Sangalo)
Rosa Passos
Dunes (feat. Ivete Sangalo)
Month of March in Salvador
Summer is over
All the bush is in bloom
And I feel like I'm in a garden
Whoever leaves Abaeté
Heading to the beaches of Flamengo
Not by car, but on foot
Through the dunes, into the bush
You will see such beauties
How bad it is to describe
There are orchids, cravats
Clean drinking water
Horsetails and tegus
Butterflies and beetles
There are greenish lizards
And golden foxes
Not to mention the birds
Centipedes and earwigs
In the boas and in the nests
Of vultures and nightjars
I see pink orchids
Among yellow flowers
Colors dance, hours go by
Between watercolor stains
The afternoon falls, it comes in the breeze
A scent of rosemary
A cricket sings, I feel life
Everything is inside me
March in Salvador
Summer is over
All the bush is in bloom
And I feel like I'm in a garden
March in Salvador

And I feel like I'm in a garden
