Alpha and Omega
Do not be surprised by what I am going to say
For it serves me and you
John had a vision
From God he had the revelation, on the island of Patmos
Blessed is the one who reads
And believes in His word
From God receives forgiveness
And free from condemnation, has eternal life
John saw the great white throne
And the one who was seated on it
From whose presence fled, the heaven and the earth
And no place was found for him
The sea gave up the dead that were in it
And death and Hades as well
All were judged, according to their deeds
It is the final judgment
I Am the Alpha, I Am the Omega
Beginning and the end
Whoever comes to me
Will find refuge forever
John saw the holy city
Descending from God out of heaven
And heard a loud voice saying
I will be with my people, for all eternity
I will wipe away every tear from their eyes
And no, there will be no more pain, nor death
For all things have passed away
Everything is fulfilled, faithful are these words
