My House
The rain falls outside, the sky is overcast
The forecast says a storm is coming
The winds will reach 200 per hour
But I know my house won't be hit
Because it was founded and well designed
And the architect is Jesus of Nazareth
Earthquakes, tsunamis may come
But I know my house will stand
The wind won't destroy
And whatever comes, it won't fall
For it was built on the rock
My protection is Jesus who guards me
It will withstand storms and gales
My house is blessed and evil will never
Knock it down or try to destroy
For the king of the universe is living there, there
The wind can't take my house away
Well built, well guarded it is
Iron door, steel wall
And the columns are Jehovah's own hands
The wind may blow from all sides
It won't fall, nothing will go wrong
My house is a project in the Lord's hands
