In Egypt, a pharaoh
Power and wealth, cruel tyranny
And a people dreamed in the mud
That the 'liberator' would be born there
Floating in the waters of the Nile
Hope guiding the boy
Raised in the luxury of the court
Facing the desert, sacred destiny

It's the wind blowing dust!
The man follows in search of faith
From above a voice announces
The certainty of a new day

Moses challenges the king
Divine wrath falls on the earth
Liberation! and in an enchanted gesture
The sea turned into a catwalk
Disbelief... illusion
In gold, false worship
God's will is the law of truth
