Paso de Cristal
Sandra Cires
Glass Step
Sometimes I think that today doesn't exist
That it's all a coincidence
I take the photos that speak of yesterday
And I cut them in half
Right in the middle
Sometimes I hear them walking behind me
Like a glass step (like a glass step)
I burn the shadows that draw on the wall
And fear invades me, and I start to think
That it must end
In my dreams everything is perfect
In my dreams there is harmony
There I am in my long dress
Spreading notes of joy
I sit in a corner of the room
Where the Sun barely reaches me
And I can't understand this feeling
Of not being able to belong
And I start to think
That it must end
In my dreams everything is perfect
In my dreams there is harmony
There I am in my long dress
Spreading notes of joy
Sometimes I think that today doesn't exist
(Like a glass step)
I take the photos that speak of yesterday
(Like a glass step)
Sometimes I hear them walking behind me
(Like a glass step)
I burn the shadows that draw on the wall
(Like a glass step)
