Old friend darkness
Once again I would like to talk
Because I have had again
A vision that gently
Was changing my way of thinking
I hear her speak
I listen to her in the silence

In dreams I walked
Between the fog and the city
Through cold desolate streets
When a white and icy light
Hurt my eyes
And also hurt the darkness
I saw it shine

In the naked light I looked

People who spoke without being able to speak
People who heard without being able to hear
And a sound that
Enveloped them mercilessly

Sounds of silence

Then I wanted to talk to them

I wanted to feel them like brothers
I wanted to take them by the hands
But they couldn't
They couldn't wake up
And understand
One day in the silence

They knelt down to pray
That light was their god
I shouted at them to wake up
That the truth was not there
That prophets are not neon lights
And that god
