Look at this cross
This inert wood, innocent waiting for someone
It can't imagine the fate that destiny has in store
To hurt and shame its own creator
Oh terrible cross
Upon your wood the prophecy will be fulfilled today
Blood of an innocent man will stain you today
The carpenter who made you will die upon you

But do not be sad
It is necessary that this pain be felt
