Where Do the Birds Go
Facing the sea at dusk I could contemplate
A flock of seabirds in their final flight
They were heading towards the horizon without a care
If when night fell they would have a place to land
My path was also like that
Not having anywhere to go and not being sure of returning
Not knowing if there was a destination
I wanted to go with the birds
And know where they will arrive
And thinking like that, I fell asleep there
I dreamt there was an island and I discovered the mystery
When I woke up, I saw the rising sun and soon noticed
That the seabirds were returning
Singing once again
So I found my path
I found Jesus Christ
He is the island where I will arrive
And if the night leaves me in darkness
I will keep on flying
