To forgive
Is much more than reaching out
And saying I forgive you, my brother
Using the voice is easy to shake hands too
The hard part is revealing the heart
But if the heart forgives it's easy to see
Because the heart is a partner of the gaze
Forgiveness that comes from the heart
Is a rare jewel to find
And it's in the sincerity of a gaze
If I hurt you, I acknowledge I was wrong
I now realize how much harm I caused you
How can I speak of love if I don't know how to love
I need you to teach me
I repented and revealed my heart
Now it's your turn to teach me a lesson
