El Coco
Sergio Vega
The Coconut
He took out a nylon bag full of coke
And placed several lines of powder on the table
And those who were with him how they snorted it nicely.
They call me The Coconut, such an appropriate name
Since I was a kid, they've been calling me dust
Excuse my frankness, that's how I was raised.
Why are you scared, onlookers, fear is not that big
It seems like they see the devil when they see the white powder
And they haven't seen anything yet, or they'd die of fright.
The people with me are all exclusive people
They are graduated crocodiles with a suicide diploma
They'd rather lose their lives than be prisoners.
I don't know how to do anything else, I never got into reading
I grew up among grass, guns, and machine guns
So it's better for them not to mess with me.
Some in the government look at me with bad manners
To others, I'm the hen that lays golden eggs
Whoever fails me loses or runs out of treasure.
The Coconut says goodbye, leaves happily
If anyone doesn't like me, just speak up
Because the one who bullfights the beast is there to endure the bites.
