begins to crumble with the regional bloc and its trade balance

And here comes the FTAA, APEC, and the tale of progress for the peoples
the World Bank's recipe that the IMF will collect

There are borders to break down, flags to burn, and to create a new social pact
in the great Latin southern nation with the will to find its identity

And while our children die of malnutrition, a new illiterate is born
from the subsidy of a State that finances the interests of a debt that is not theirs

And today without borders, the southern dream shouts in me and in you
