Golden Light
The road is so long, but I won't be discouraged
The dust rises, but then settles back down
The thorns point at me, but they can't catch me
The stones they throw will never reach me
It seems, the more I walk
The more ground there is for me to cover
Despite this distance, one day I know I'll arrive
At the end of the road, there's a golden light
Wanting to embrace me
Oh, oh, I will arrive, oh, oh, I will arrive
The enemy doesn't want to let me go
But my Jesus will help me
Oh, oh, I will arrive, oh, oh, I will arrive
By faith I can already see Jesus coming to embrace me
On this road, the traveler doesn't tire of walking
The struggle is constant, but don't stop fighting
The path is narrow, but it will lead you to heaven
The barriers that are raised, only Jesus can bring down
It seems, the more you walk, the more ground there is to cover
Despite this distance, one day I know you will arrive
At the end of the road, there's a golden light
Wanting to embrace you
Oh, oh, you will arrive, oh, oh, you will arrive
The enemy doesn't want to let you go
But my Jesus will help you
Oh, oh, you will arrive, oh, oh, you will arrive
By faith you can see
Jesus coming to embrace you
Ha, ha, ha
