For love God sent into the world
Jesus, His beloved son, to save
He came down and taught how to live, and He even died
It was for me and for you
His pure and holy blood shed
In place of all sinners
The punishment that was meant for us He took upon Himself
And this is how Jesus redeemed us
Let the kingdom of darkness tremble now
Listen and let the enemies of God fall to the ground
May windows and doors all be opened
And the captives be set free
