El Poema y La Caja
Siddhartha
The Poem and The Box
You're going to die
If you write another poem
That captures a bit of truth
You're going to want to say
Promises
That yesterday's sea was for me
In a box with papers
Yesterday and today were submerged
Art hid in an alley
I stored a thousand days in a lotion jar
And today I touched the high school that marked me
And a day like today
I talked to Sara, I said goodbye
I passed by the dead school
That has never died because it never lived
The sea of the deer has already rained
While someone from yesterday died in their sleep
And today I touched the high school that marked me
And a day like today
I talked to Sara, I said goodbye
Para pa pa, para pa pa
