A Mesma História

Come with me and see the scene:
Do you see that man in prison?
He is a hero
He was a fearless preacher
And Jesus Christ himself declared
That like him, no other man was born
But look closely at that scene

Something worries our hero:
He is going to die
His head will roll
Because what he was speaking
Someone did not like to hear

Yes, heroes did not always die honored
Doing what God commands sometimes costs dearly
But a true hero
Prefers to die than to sell out

Yes; silence a prophet, they can kill him
But God raises another and begins to use
For as long as there are men of God
God will speak

Hey, hey; do not touch the vessels, do not kill the heroes
Do not try to silence my praise, my voice
Who touches a prophet is touching God
It is like this

Hey, hey; God uses whom He wants because He is greater
He alone is God and the rest is dust
Let Him use me as He wishes

And today the same story repeats itself:
The assassins of prophets are among us
Men who have lost their vision
Have strayed from fasting and prayer
Those who do not read their scrolls, they kill
And something has left me worried:
I heard of others who were once used, they sold out
They sold their souls to the system
In a way, they got involved in a scheme
To these, God rejected them

Yes, but God raised a generation
Of men and women full of anointing
Raised to make a difference
Now

Yes, great is what God will do
And for this, He counts on you
Prepare yourself because the great revival
