I have come to the conclusion of how this happened

I discovered why God made this observation
I found David a man after my own heart

I didn't find David celebrating
Standing out among his brothers
I didn't find David celebrating
When he was honored by receiving anointing
I didn't find David celebrating
When he killed the bear and the lion
I didn't find David celebrating
When he threw the giant to the ground

But I saw David celebrating
Jumping and dancing there like nobody else
When he brought the ark of the covenant
Back with him to Jerusalem
