Lost at sea during a storm
My soul's flooded, can't take it anymore
The sky's hidden under a blanket of clouds
I don't know where I'm going or what I'm leaving behind

I don't know if it's day or if it's night
I don't know if it's tomorrow or just an endless today
The waves knock me out without mercy

All the weight of my body floats in the air like a feather

Burn holes in the dark sky
All I feel is love, pure love

Around me, I see those I've loved
Those who have suffered and no longer suffer
Carrying me on their wings from this danger
Taking me to another place

I know it's not a dream, I've never been more awake
I know I'm not crazy, I've never felt more whole
I know I have so much more to give
I know in my life I have so much to do

I take a deep breath and fill my lungs
The salty air burning my skin
Everything turns black and white
I surrender in the arms of this simplicity
