Tempestade
Stella Laura
Storm
First the sky darkened
The wind appeared and the weather changed
And the waves that were calm
Along with the boat soon stirred
And consequently fear along
With uncertainty entered my boat
Leaving it heavier from so much rowing
Soon I got tired
But suddenly amidst the chaos
In the last minutes
Jesus appears, defying gravity
Soon the storm then recognizes him
And since he had no other way
To reach me
He comes walking on the sea
Very calmly he says to me
Calm down, rest, the boat won't sink
I came, I arrived, my son, listen to me
There's no contrary wind
There's not even rough sea
If I said it, it's said, the storm
Calm down, rest, the boat won't sink
I came, I arrived, my son, listen to me
There's no contrary wind
There's not even rough sea
If I said it, it's said, the storm listens to me
But suddenly amidst the chaos
In the last minutes
Jesus appears, defying gravity
Soon the storm then recognizes him
And since he had no other way
To reach me
He comes walking on the sea
Very calmly he says to me
Calm down, rest, the boat won't sink
I came, I arrived, my son, listen to me
There's no contrary wind
There's not even rough sea
If I said it, it's said, the storm
Calm down, rest, the boat won't sink
I came, I arrived, my son, listen to me
There's no contrary wind
There's not even rough sea
If I said it, it's said, the storm
Calm down, rest, the boat won't sink
I came, I arrived, my son, listen to me
There's no contrary wind
There's not even rough sea
If I said it, it's said, the storm listens to me
Listen to me
