I arrive in Cartagena
and as always
I enter a state of
weariness

I take off my scarf
leaving the neurons behind
just to breathe a little

be there
ready to start
happily

what's missing

A pair of slippers
and pajamas
in the closet
we laugh,
the chorus of a song
again and again
repeating happily
on purpose.
